The New Wilmington Hotel - Booking Terms & Conditions
Prices & Deposit
All twin & double room rates are per person based on two persons sharing.
Single persons can book double rooms for an additional 60%.
£30 per person non-refundable deposit is required when booking.
Special Requirements
If you have any special requirements during your stay at The New Wilmington Hotel
please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate
your needs.
Arrival & Check out
Check in - Rooms are available from 2pm on the arrival date. Early check in can be arranged on request for an additional £3 per room.
Check out - Please vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure. Late check out is available on request for an additional £3 per room.
Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation we reserve
the right to do so.
Once a booking is made the hotel reserve the right to make a charge if the booking is cancelled. We therefore recommend holiday insurance to cover such costs.
Cancellation Charges
More than 29 days before arrival date – Deposit only
Between 29 & 15 days before arrival date – 60% of the booking ex VAT
Between 14 days and one day prior to arrival date – 90% of the booking ex VAT
Arrival day – 100%
If the deposit is greater than the cancellation charge, the full amount of the deposit will be taken instead.
We will make every effort to re-let the room. If we do, these amounts will be deducted from the booking before calculating the cancellation charge.
It is regretted that no allowance can be made for meals not taken or for any temporary absence from the hotel.
