Saturday to Saturday bookings 5% off Booking Terms and Conditions Deposit - £30 per person is required at time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Special Requirements - Please let us know at the time of booking and we will endeavour to accommodate these requirements. Check-in Time - Guests may check in from 10am, however the Hotel can not guarantee access to the bedrooms before 2pm. Please advice us beforehand if you will be arriving after 6pm Check-out Time - Guests must vacate the bedrooms and check-out by 11am. The Hotel reserves the right to charge for an additional nights accommodation if the bedroom is not vacated in time. Cancellations - Once a booking is made the Hotel reserves the right to make a charge if the booking is cancelled. We therefore recommend Holiday Insurance is taken out. Cancellation Charges More than 29 days before arrival date - Deposit Only Between 29 & 15 days before arrival date - 60% of the Booking ex VAT Between 14 & 1 day before arrival date - 90% of the Booking ex VAT During Booking 100% If the Deposit is greater than the Cancellation Charge, the full amount of the Deposit will be taken instead. We will make every effort to re-let the room, if we do, these amounts will be deducted from the Booking before calculating the Cancellation Charge. It is regretted that no allowance can be made for meals not taken or for any temporary absence from the Hotel. |
