The New Wilmington Hotel's head chef, Martin Keightley, has prepared a wonderful menu based on traditional home-style cooking. We offer vegetarian options and will always do our best to meet any special dietary needs. A light snacks menu is available throughout the day and packed lunches can be arranged for those on the go.

From 8am to 9.30am The New Wilmington Hotel offers a fantastic breakfast selection, which ranges from continental breakfast to the Eastbourne full English.

We are renowned for our traditional Sunday roasts, which attracts non-residents from around Eastbourne and East Susex and can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Breakfast 8:00am – 9:30am
Lunch 12:30pm – 2pm
Dinner 6:30pm – 8pm
Alternative times are available on request and room service is available for a minimal charge.
