  • Prawn and Crayfish Cocktail - Traditional seafood with Marie-Rose sauce and salad
  • Deep Fried French Brie - Melting wedges of cheese coated in crispy breadcrumbs with a cranberry sauce
  • Chicken Liver Pate - Made with fresh home grown herbs and butter, served with toasted olive bread
  • Garlic Mushrooms (v) - Chestnut mushrooms in creamy garlic sauce with fresh parsley
  • Melon and Pineapple Cocktail (v) - Diced fresh melon and pineapple marinated overnight in fruit juice
  • Tomato and Mozzarella Salad (v) - Fresh beef tomato slices with Jersey milk mozzarella & baby leaf salad
  • Egg Benedict or Florentine - Poached egg with home cooked ham or spinach on a lighty toasted muffin topped with Hollandaise sauce
  • Smoked Scottish Salmon (+£3.50) - Served with sliced onion, capers & lemon
  • Individual Baked Camembert (+£2.95) - Topped with toasted pine nuts, honey, accompanied with a side of chutney and a crusty roll

Salad Mains

  • Salade Niçoise - Fresh flaked tuna, boiled free range egg, new potatoes & green beans
  • Traditional Salad of the Day - Please ask your waiter for todays selection, served with home-made coleslaw & potato salad
  • Chicken Caesar Salad - Sliced griddled chicken breast served on a bed of  cos lettuce with croutons & parmesan cheese, finished with a classic Caesar salad dressing

  • Roast of the Day - Served with crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a jug of home made gravy

  • Steak and Local Long Man Brewery Ale Pie - Succulent beef steak cooked in ale with a puff pastry lid served with mashed potato

  • Chicken Lasagne - Layers of chicken ragu, pasta verdi & cheese sauce served with a side salad & garlic ciabatta
  • Beef Bourguignon - Tender pieces of beef braised in red wine with button mushrooms, onions and herbs, served with mashed potato
  • Chicken Corden Bleu - Pan fried breadcrumbed breast of Chicken, filled with home cooked ham and mature cheddar cheese served with a tomato & basil sauce.

  • Locally caught Plaice - Whole fish on the bone, drizzled with parsley butter
  • Grilled Sea Bass Fillets (+£6.50) - Two freshly grilled fillets topped with spring onion & a sprinkling of fresh chilies, drizzled with a vinaigrette

  • 8oz Rump Steak (+£5.95) - Served with chunky chips, tomato and mushroom
