Room layout

- To help keep your costs down, our meeting room can be hired by the quadrant if you don’t want to book the whole space.

- We can arrange seating in theatre, classroom or boardroom layout depending on your requirements. The meeting room has natural light through its large bay windows and has air conditioning throughout.

IT / AV equipment hire

- The hotel provides free 'Wi-Fi' internet access and can provide a projector screen for free.

- We can also supply an LCD data projector, TV, DVD player or video player from a local AV company at competitive rates.

Catering

- We can provide all day refreshments for your meeting, including mineral water, tea, coffee and biscuits.

- Meeting attendees can also enjoy a selection of sandwiches and hot and cold buffet options, all prepared by our Head Chef.

- We offer discounts on accommodation for those attending meetings at the hotel. Please ask for details.
