 ABOUT US The New Wilmington has been owned by Lillian and David Organ for 25 Years. The hotel remains in the family with their son Jeremy who has been continually involved throughout that time, now overseeing the running of the business. We have a large following of regular guests that visit us several times each year. Sue Harris our General Manager has been with us for 12 years and likes to get to know everyone to ensure that they feel welcome and at home during their stay. On Sundays we serve a Three Course Traditional Roast Lunch in our elegant dining room for approximately 80 people. If you are interested in joining us for lunch please book in advance. This is mainly attended by non-residents which we feel indicates that our food is of a very good standard. We pride ourselves on good service and happy customers and one way to ensure this is to have happy employees.
