Functions tariff and Terms & Conditions

See below for our functions / meetings tariff. For details of our facilities, please go to our main meeting and function room page.

Discounts are available for large groups and regular business. Full day hire is from 10am until 5pm. Half-day hire is up to four hours anytime from 10am until 5pm.

All prices include VAT at 17.5%

Functions booking Terms and Conditions

Minimum charge – When booking for food, an agreed minimum number of persons will be charged for if an exact number cannot be guaranteed.

Deposit – £50 or 10% of booking charge, whichever is greatest, is required at time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable.

Payment – Required 2 days prior to the function. Any extras must be settled before leaving the function. Payment is accepted by cash, cheque, debit and credit card.

Special requirements – Please let us know at the time of booking and we will endeavour to accommodate these requirements.

Cancellations – Once a booking is made the Hotel reserves the right to make a charge if the booking is cancelled, amended or the services not used.

If the deposit is greater than the cancellation charge, the full amount of the deposit will be taken instead.

We will make every effort to re-let the function room. If we do, these amounts will be deducted from the booking before calculating the cancellation charge.
