Here at the New Wilmington we can offer you and your customers or staff a professional, yet friendly atmosphere, ensuring that your Business or Social Function surpasses expectation!

Business Functions

We typically work with you to ensure the success of your day, as you may require us to assist in the setting up of your computer for a PowerPoint presentation (our Business Manager is Microsoft certified!) or  a small network for a training session.  To complement your presentation we have a Data Projector, TV, DVD & Video player along with wireless high speed internet connection. 

Our function room is well suited to many different layouts, a few examples of which are:

· Board Meeting with presentation equipment and adjoining area for more casual seating where you and your delegates can enjoy tea/coffee breaks with freshly baked Danishes.

· Theatre layout for presentations with the benefit of a convenient adjoining area for a buffet meal. 

Alternatively, if you have your own Function/Business Meeting rooms, we can offer a full outside catering service, we supply and serve hot or cold buffets and meals. 

Social Functions

You may want to work with us to ensure that your Birthday Party, Anniversary or Celebration is extra special.  We can cater to your exact requirements, to help, some sample menus are included in our Functions brochure.  As a suggestion, we could create a rolling picture show, if you provide us with the photographs we will create the slide show presentation.

Christmas Functions

Now is the time to start thinking of your company's Christmas Party!  For parties of 60-80 seated or up to 120 for a buffet style, we can offer exclusive use of the bar and function room and can tailor the function to your exact needs.  For smaller groups one of our Christmas Party nights would suit, where you can join in the celebrations with others, we provide Christmas crackers, party hats, party boxes and presents for your entire group!  Please ask for a copy of our Christmas Functions Brochure or download using the link below.

We have 40 en-suite bedrooms where you could combine your chosen function with an overnight stay?  We will be pleased to provide a special price to ease your day!
