The Mulberry at New Wilmington serves fresh, seasonal cuisine with a strong focus on preparing everything possible on-site and changing the menu on a daily basis.
Dinner is the main event and our Chef and team work to the same high standards every evening to ensure you enjoy a quality piece of cooking. Popular dishes include ham hock and stilton pie, Sussex saddle of lamb and steamed lemon sole.
